Youth Prescribing Day
The event will be held for young people and their families to gain awareness of the support and services available to them. As a result we would like to invite your organisation to attend and set up a stall to present your services. It is preferred that you bring your own tables and chairs as these are limited.
Venue: St Nicholas Church Grounds, Strood, ME2 4UB
Date: Saturday 14th August 2021
Timings: Businesses - 10:00am to 17:30 | 11:00am to 17:00pm
There is on-site parking available for businesses, this is adjoined to the outside space where the event will be held. Our team will be onsite to assist with directing you to the appropriate space. The car park can be accessed from Edward St underneath the railway bridge on Gun Lane (please refer to attached image "Carpark Entrance 1").
Toilets & Disabled Access:
Toilets will be accessible to attendees and businesses inside the church, the event, church and toilets have disabled access with a Disabled Persons Toilet & baby changing room, team will be on site to assist those with disabilities.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the day with music and activities. If you would like a promotion or announcement made through the speaker system please let us know and we will be in touch to accommodate.

Alternatively, Lasina's Pizza Van will be attending to provide delicious hot and cold meals, cold and hot drinks.

The venue is located adjacent to food retail stores where other snacks and refreshments can be purchased at your own expense.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we ask that you abide by government guidance and legislation relating to COVID-19 at this event. We will have volunteers throughout the event ensuring that everyone is COVID safe.
